Anand Shirur, CEO 

Anand Shirur is the chief executive officer of Plexision Inc. He brings more than 20 years proven achievements in Bio Science, Pharmaceutical, Instrumentation and Medical Devices industries with extensive background in international and multicultural environments. Before joining Plexision Anand served as the Chairman & Managing Director for South Asia & China and Vice President Business Development for Asia Pacific in Convatec. His focus on establishing new businesses in emerging markets led to significant company growth. Prior to that, he spent 14 years in Thermofisher Scientific where he held variety of management, sales, and marketing roles within Bio Therapeutics, Genomics, Proteomics, and Scientific Instruments. Anand began his career with Tata Honeywell a joint venture of Tata Ltd and Honeywell Inc., in India.
Anand also serves on the advisory board of Albeado a Silicon Valley based Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence company and (24/7) Lifeline a Critical Care and Emergency Hospital in India. He is an engineering graduate from Karnataka University, India and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in International Business from Pune University, India.

Ashok Reddy, Director 

Ashok Reddy is Director of Operations and has been with Plexision since 2008. He has worked for over three decades in senior management positions, specializing in all aspects of operations. This experience includes personnel management, contract and labor negotiations, client relationships, operational analysis, budgeting, process re-engineering and workflow optimization. In the last two decades Ashok has also held operational roles in the information technology and healthcare IT space. He previously worked as the Senior Vice-President of Operations at Infinite Computer Solutions for over a decade before co-founding IQGateway, a predictive analytics company, where he served as the Chief Operating Officer. Ashok also serves as a consultant to Infinite Healthcare Solutions, a company focused on helping veterans.


Rajeev Sindhi

Rajeev Sindhi is the Co-founder of Plexision, Chairman of Plexision’s Board of Directors, and Managing Director of the Sandor group of companies in India. He has been in the healthcare business for the last 20 years. The Sandor group is a distribution partner for multinationals such as Sanofi, Abbott and Cantel, and provides diagnostic and scientific services in genetics and genomics in India. The flagship company of the group, Sandor Medicaids Pvt. Ltd serves more than 2500 hospitals in India and South East Asia.

K. I Varprasad Reddy

Mr Reddy is an entrepreneur and engineer who co-founded Shanta Biotechnics, a recombinant vaccine and therapeutic protein manufacturer, which was acquired by Sanofi-Aventis recently. His company has supplied vaccine products for several large-scale national and international vaccination projects conducted under the auspices of the Government of India and the World Health Organization. Mr Reddy currently serves as a Director of Sanofi-Aventis, India. Previously, he worked as a Research scientist for Defence Electronics Research Laboratories, and subsequently, at the Andhra Pradesh Industrial Development Corporation, Hyderabad, India. He is an engineering graduate from the Andhra University, and holds an MBA from Osmania University of Hyderabad, India

Brandon W Higgs

Dr. Higgs is the Bioinformatics Group Lead within Translational Sciences at MedImmune, focusing on biomarker discovery and development to enhance drug development. Prior to this, he was a Senior Scientist at MITRE, a federally funded R&D company working for the Department of Defense, where he lead epidemiological integration for the CDC and developed detection approaches for biothreats and syndromic surveillance. Previously, he was a Biostatistician at Gene Logic, where he developed predictive models of toxicity. He is adjunct faculty in the Bioinformatics Graduate program at Johns Hopkins University and received his PhD in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology from George Mason University, his MS in Bioinformatics from Johns Hopkins University, and his BS in Biochemistry from Indiana University.
